We love our product and we will keep being amazed by the oak forest La dehesa, the bulk of the acorn and the achievement of this exclusive product.

Pigs live freely and are constantly moving around during 15 months. Then comes, the "montanera", the acorn-chomping between October and April. The main diet of the iberian pork is the acorn called “bellota” and herbs and its muscles structure is fully and naturally developed thanks to the unique natural environment called la Dehesa of Estremadura, in the Southwest of Spain close to the town of Zafra.
